Elle Croxford MAICD brings 30+ years of experience spanning the screen industry, government, and creative industries, showcasing versatile senior executive skills in sales & marketing, business development, VFX & post-production, and distribution.

Elle excelled in various roles, from distribution of iconic movies (The Silence of the Lambs, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, and Strictly Ballroom), and games (SEGA and Electronic Arts); to securing movies and TV series productions to Queensland (Inspector Gadget 2, The Thin Red Line, Peter Pan, Scooby Doo, etc.). She was a VFX & post production executive producer (Hacksaw Ridge, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Thor: Ragnarok, Aquaman, Kong vs Godzilla, etc.); business development manager and consultant.

As a writer/Producer, Elle's inspired to develop popular feel-good IP franchises that captivate mass niche audiences with universal, positive, and benevolent storytelling with happy endings.

As Chief Vision Officer/Co-Founder/Producer of Mixing It Up (MIU), Elle collaborates with a talented team, including the creator of the High School Musical franchise, an Emmy award-winning music supervisor, and Kpop producers and composers with credits including BTS and BlackPink, and MIU’s advisory board comprises award-winning entertainment, business, and finance professionals.

Elle is the author of the Better Now Than Never book series and has been the recipient of prestigious awards such as the Lord Mayor’s Creative Fellowship 2023 and the Queensland Writers Centre Fishbowl Writers Residency 2023.

Elle's entrepreneurial spirit & business legacy extends beyond feel good entertainment to include a wellness focus. She's an investor/entrepreneur with purpose making the world a better place via products/services that serve mass niche markets. She is Co-founder of Sleeptime Therapy and Founder of ISEEC.

Among her numerous professional associations, she is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Elle was a member of Ausfilm's Marketing Committee and Finance Risk & Audit Committee. Elle was a committee board member of the charity Second Chance Programme (raising funds for homeless women and their children) holding the position of Secretary. She served on Bond University’s Film & Television Advisory Board. Elle is a current member of the Australian Writers Guild and Queensland Writers Centre.
