Biography

Elle Croxford is a consultant, coach, creative leader and investor guided by a simple yet powerful belief: extraordinary lives and businesses are built through optimism, conscious leadership, and meaningful contribution.

Growing up in 1980s Australia, Elle discovered early the power of imagination, resilience, and feel-good storytelling. While her childhood was shaped by adversity - including family violence, financial hardship, and the loss of her mother to cancer at 17 - Elle chose to let those experiences inform her purpose, not define her future. Entertainment became both refuge and inspiration, planting the seeds for a life driven by infinite possibilities.

With over 30 years’ experience across the screen industry, government and creative sectors, Elle has held senior leadership and advisory roles spanning distribution, business development, sales and marketing, VFX and post-production. From distribution of iconic movies (The Silence of the Lambs, Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Strictly Ballroom) and games (SEGA and Electronic Arts); to securing movies and TV series productions to Queensland (including Inspector Gadget 2, The Thin Red Line, Peter Pan and Scooby Doo), she was a VFX & post-production executive producer (for films such as Hacksaw Ridge, The Age of Adaline, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Thor: Ragnarok, Aquaman, Kong vs Godzilla), and business development manager and consultant.

Today, Elle brings this strategic and creative expertise to her work as a consultant and coach - supporting individuals, organisations and founders to lead with clarity, confidence and purpose. She is particularly passionate about empowering women over 50 to break free from past narratives, reclaim their voice, and design extraordinary next chapters of life and leadership.

As a creative, Elle develops feel-good intellectual property and storytelling that uplifts, connects and inspires mass-niche audiences. She is the author of the Better Now Than Never series and The Sentimental Blonde, and a recipient of the Lord Mayor’s Creative Fellowship and the Queensland Writers Centre Fishbowl Writers Residency.

As an investor, Elle is industry and sector-agnostic, focused on identifying and investing in businesses poised for growth and innovation. Elle seeks businesses that are profitable, under full management, and have motivated sellers. She is committed to investing in companies with potential for long-term growth and success, and is actively pursue opportunities across a wide range of industries.

Wellbeing and longevity are central to Elle’s vision. Influenced by personal experiences with cancer and chronic illness among family and friends, she champions preventative health, women’s wellbeing, and holistic approaches to mind, body and spirit.

Inspired by her board work supporting homeless women and children - and informed by her own conscious uncoupling in her early 50s - Elle is committed to establishing a foundation dedicated to supporting women over 50 and contributing to solutions for Australia’s fastest-growing homelessness demographic.

Elle’s commitment to being a positive and inspirational agent of change through business, content creation, consulting and transformative coaching drives her multifaceted career and extraordinary life. By living her extraordinary life, Elle empowers others to do the same.
