MY BLOG - Notes to Self and You
I like to think these entries are random notes to self. What if nothing is random? What if the stars have aligned intentionally, for whatever reason, to bring you to read this very entry.
These blog entries are reminders to me as much as they are for you. These notes to self are another way I can stay on purpose, that being an agent of change. I have learned so much from my experiences…maybe you can benefit in some way from my sharing these with you. It is part of my commitment to finding solutions dedicated to making the world a better, more healthy and loving place for myself and others.
We all benefit from positive change because we are all connected. My blog allows me to stay connected with you. Please let me know if there are ways you feel I can stay connected in a better or more relevant way. In the meantime, enjoy!
ONE WEEK LATERThanks for all the wonderful support and well wishes on the release of the Better Now Than Never series of books.

TODAY’S THE DAYWell, today is the day! The Better Now Than Never series of ebooks are now available. What started as an idea to support another idea I was pursuing (and later archived); has turned into a wonderful (although, sometimes frustrating and a little stressful) cycle of preparation for this moment.
FIND RELEASE REPLACEIt is funny that I find myself realising I need to follow my own advice this week. As I approach my book launch on Friday, I have been busily preparing additional materials for blog posts, emails, tweets, and creating my favourite maxims for Pinterest and Facebook. Fitting this in amongst all the other marketing tasks, I must say I have found myself a little overwhelmed – certainly not in my usual place of calm…and definitely not feeling a sense of balance.
What can I do about it though? T MINUS 8 DAYSAs I prepare for the upcoming Better Now Than Never series book launch; I wake to day 8, feeling inspired and refreshed after what has been a pretty full on few weeks. This cycle of change is fast coming together, but it is also one cycle within a much larger cycle of significant change for me, where inspiration has played a major role.
And yes, the changes have come in waves. The ebb and flow of thought, belief and action. Wise Words for a WednesdayUsing the approach of less is more, I thought I would let the wise words of Nisargadaita Maharaj be my post for today. Add those words to a photo I like from my New Zealand album; and you have my latest "pin" on Pinterest.
Have a wonderful Wednesday :) Love and light elle
